This cabin will be available by early May 2020 and any layout, change in size or other customizations would need to be confirmed by February 2020.
Log Package Includes:
- 22’x22’ western red cedar cabin with half loft (layout and size could be customized if purchased at least 2 months in advance of course start date in May of 2020)
- All log components including a ladder for loft access.
- All window and door openings will be cut and sanded ready to install units (windows and doors not included).
- All interior wall slots cut, ready for homeowners frame wall install.
- All electrical boxes cut out and drilled for wiring.
- All loft floor joists flattened and walls slotted to accept homeowners floor build up.
- All pitchlogs and ridge flattened to accept homeowners rafter and roof system.
- All logs hand-peeled and ends cut and sanded with log ends sealed to prevent cracking and splitting.
